Miss Supranational 2011 - the final!
Now is the final of Miss Supranational over! We did a great show and everybody in the production should be very proud of themselves!
Overall it was a very long day, a lot to do and a lot of stress backstage to get everything ready in time. Suprisingly enough were I very calm most of the time, but ofcourse some nerves revealed themselves at stage.
Miss Poland won it all. She was great and definitely a well worthy winner! No one should question that. She is not only beautiful, she is an amazing person and many thought that she would win Miss friendship too. Go Monika!
First runner up was Miss Belarus, second runner up Miss Puero Rico, third runner up, Miss Vietnam and fourth runner up Miss USA. Congratualtions to them all!! :D
I won the title of Miss Best Body! :D Very cool to get a sash and a crown for it!

Meeting with judges & final!
After a long day in Plock with rehearsals on stage and a loong busdrive we came back to supper at the hotel, very tired, just to hear that we would have interview with the judges whitin twenty minuites.
Most girls rushed back to their rooms to prepare for that instead of eating dinner, but they should not have been worried, because the judges were really nice and polite.
Now I need to go to bed! Keep your fingers crossed for me =)
Preparations for the final
We don't have much time off these days before the final, that's why I haven't been updating ths side very often.
We are now staying at Radisson Blu, a five star hotel in Warsaw where we were staying the first days of the pageant. We all like it here, especially the food!
Today we have spent all day on rehearsals here in Warsaw, in an empty highschool. Tomorrow, the last day before the final, are we going to Plock again to rehears on the real stage. I look forward to that because it's will be good to get a more exact picture of our show. I think it will be really good. The choreographer has been hard on us these days, but I think it's good. It is not a piece of cake to make a good show with seventy girls. It not like they allways are happy and energetic, more likely tired, hungry and not concentrated.
Like I said, he is doing a very good job.
Talent & nationalcostume show
We had talent competition & nationalcostume competition today in another city, 1,5 hour from here. It was fun and especially the talent show were really good. Miss Bahamas won the talent competition after an amazing preformance a cappella because the music didn't work.
The nationalcostume competition were won by Miss Brazil, who had a really cool costume.
Over all a fun, but looong day. Tomorrow we are moving back to Warsaw again and will have rehearsals all day.
Sunday!
The weather here is lovely, the city is cute, the view is amazing and the girls are sweet. I like Plock! To bad we are moving back to Warsaw in a couple of days. But Warsaw is good too.
Today we had some time off for shoping and sleeping, and our beloved choreographer "Waldaq" is back! Tomorrow are we going to an other city to have the talent and the evening gown competition, so I have to pack some stuff now. See ya! =)

We have been to a museum today too, a beautiful place on the countryside called "Skansen". Haha, we have a place in Stockholm called Skansen which is almost the same, but it is much bigger. I think they have gotten the idea from it and built their own "Skansen". Anyway, I liked it!
Tomorrow are we starting with the rehearsals agian, appearently are one of the choreographers back again until then. That's good, I like the rehearsals and it is barely a week till the final and we need to practice!

I now share my room with Miss Macedonia and Miss Panama, who both seems to be very nice I think I will like it here.
We have been collecting money for Somalia today in Warsaw on an occation with artists on stage and the winner of Miss Supranational 2010, the very beautiful Karina Pinilla Corro visiting. We did collect a lot of money to help people in Somalia and we had loads of fun while doing it. I was in a group with Miss Finland & Miss Turkey, to very nice girls.
I do not have any pictures from that today, because I dig forget my battery for the camera in my luggage... I will have some pictures from the other girls eventually however.

We came back to the hotel late yesterday evening after a long day, so I was to tired to make an update here. Now however do we have some free time before we will leave for Warsaw.
Yesterday we went to Opole to meet the president of the city and to go for a tour there. It was lovely weather, but a bit to hot... We also did a quick videoshoot and tv was there to make some interviews with some of the girls. We went to a dinosaurpark to and had a lot of fun there.
Horses!
I will make a short update now, because I need to go to sleep. We just get off rehearsals and tomorrow we have to be ready with all make up done at seven a'clock. The speed has risen a lot the last days and it have been a long day today.
Today we went horsebackriding, some of us. I am used to ride horses every day, and now I haven't been doing it for a week, so it felt good, even though I had to ride with my sach on...

camp - day two
We have been working for almost 11 hours today. Tumbs up for us for good work! Tumbs up for the choregraphers, the make up artists, the photographers and all the others in the stuff for good support.
Tomorrow is the last day to set the choreography perfectly, because the choreographer are flying to Italy (?) after that and will not be back the final. I think we are doing really well all of us, even if it has meant hours of training.
The have for some reason put me in the front row for the bikini show, even though they told us they would only put the experienced and good dancers there, so the others could keep an eye on them. Most of the girls want to be in the front, because in that way you get more tv-time. I enjoy the rehearsals, I'm in a very good group and we are having really fun.
There were a camera team with us today and globalbeauties.com were here to take some photos, so will we show up there soon I guess.
We did a bikinishoot and a shoot with evening gowns today. I love the shoots, the make up team were good and the photographers told me that they really liked to work with me, that I was really beautiful and a very good model. That's allways nice to hear, but it's especially fun when you are compared with some of the most beautiful women in the world! :D

Photoshoot & rehearsals
So, I'm back from the rehearsal now and have a couple of minutes before dinner.
We have had a photoshoot in our nationalcostumes, outside. Luckely the rain had stoped, so no one had to ruin their dresses. I think it went pretty well, I like the photographers, they are easy to work with.
The rest of the day did we spend on rehearsals. We have been dancing to "I'm singing in the rain" among other songs. We learned the choreography very quickly I think, all because of really good choreographs, Giorgia & "Valdaq", it sounds like that when he says it anyway... I better check with him how he spells it.
My national director wants me to go to Hongkong to represent Sweden in Miss Model of the World. That is a big opportunity for me and I am very greatful that he and the team believes in me, but I decided not to go. There are other things in my life I have to focus on when I get back home. I will give it all here in Miss Supranational though, even if the competition is hard.

First rehearsal
I forgot to tell you, we were changing the room mates when we moved to this hotel, so I'm now staying with Miss Lebanon, Daniella. She's not here right now though, wonder were she went...
Anyway, we had our first rehearsal today. Our choreographer, his name is... I should remeber it... But I don't. Too bad, I wil find out again soon. He is really good. I was sitting by him for dinner and he seems to be really nice.
First rehearsal was mostly about walking right and relax and to show everyone that they actually can dance. He succeeded well.

New hotel
No we have just arrived at a new hotel in a city 3h west from Warsaw. It's more like a resort and we have a lake just outside our window. "Camp" they call it. We will see.

After a whole day of sightseeing in Warsaw and a singing audition we are getting ready to go to party!
We are invited to one of the most popular clubs in Warsaw, so all the girls did forget that they were tired and just wanted to go to sleep and are now in their rooms trying out their dresses.
Here we are. If you can't find me, I'm the one in the backrow in pink who is looking at Miss France... Haha.
I found a horse! Or a couple of horses, so I just had to take a pícture. He seems pretty bored though.

Now in the afternoon our manager took us (about five girls) out for sushi in the lovely weather, really nice!

The first day
After a really nice dinner where we met some new girls who just had arriwed we went to the gym to work out. That concluds in a bunch of very tired girls... So don't mess with me if I have spelled anything wrong now, because I bet I have! Bed now!

Miss Supranational 2011
I have the best roommate ever, a really cute girl from Denmark, we have just the same kind of humor. She speaks swedish all the time, and sometimes I actually understans her ;) In the end of these weeks, she will be great at it!
In the coming days the rest of the girls will arrive, and on friday we will have a press conference.
Tomorrow we have free time, so we are going to the spa with miss Greece, miss Lituania and miss Island, and propably we are going shoping too.
